BRITISH WIRE WHEEL – LIMITED WARRANTY

British Wire Wheel LLC provides a 90-day warranty from the delivery date, covering the wheel and its components against any defects in material and workmanship for the hub, spokes, outer rim, and surface finish during normal use. There is a 60-day coverage from the delivery date for wheels that may leak, excluding those that leak due to installation errors. Please ensure that your installer possesses the necessary expertise and handles your wheels with care. This warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Wheels cannot be returned after tires have been mounted. Trial fit your wheel on the car BEFORE mounting tires to ensure the wheel is correct for your vehicle. We do not accept returns of any wheels that have been mounted with tires under any circumstances – if you mount them, you own them! After trial-fitting the unmounted wheel, mount one wheel with a tire and recheck fitment in case the mounted tire causes interference.

Should a problem occur, please contact us first. Please do not take any steps to remedy or repair the wheels until we have advised you on how to proceed. British Wire Wheel LLC has the sole discretion regarding whether the wheel should be replaced or repaired. We are not responsible for installation charges, shipping costs, or incidental expenses.

THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER YOUR WHEELS IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING THINGS HAVE OCCURRED:

• Wheels subjected to abuse, damage, racing, excess load, “hopping” or “jumping,” improper installation, improper balancing, and improper installation of knock-off spinner caps.
• Damage to the finished plating or structure due to rocks, stones, road hazards, lack of maintenance, improper use of tools, and excessive exposure to water and moisture.
• Surface finish damage caused by polishes, abrasives, rubbing compounds, or acid-based cleaners, including damaging gold and chrome plating using cleaning brushes.
• Installation of wheels or components on a vehicle other than for which the wheel or part was designed.
• Knock-off wheels require special care and attention. Regularly inspect your wheels and ensure knock-off spinner caps are tight.
• The use of “fix-a-flat” type products as they may damage the sealer. An authorized tire dealer should fix flat tires.
• The wheels have been repaired, altered, or modified.
• Installing improperly sized tires, using power-operating tire mounting equipment, and over-pressurization.
• This warranty does not cover rust and can be prevented by proper care. Your wheels are inspected before shipment and are free of any rust.

This warranty is the sole warranty and is in place of any other warranty, express or implied. British Wire Wheel LLC will not be liable for any other remedy, including but not limited to diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

Returns must have a pre-authorized authorization number and be securely packaged, double-boxed, and shipped to British Wire Wheel LLC. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of wheels or components and is not covered under this warranty.

Wire wheels and accessories damaged in transit must be reported to us and the carrier immediately. Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive to determine if any shipping damage has occurred. Photograph any product and packaging damage and contact us for further instructions.
